Our annual general meeting will be held as part of our Board Meeting.  This informal AGM will review the year, and audited financial statements will be presented.

Join us in the gallery as we officially welcome acclaimed landscape artist Barry McCarthy and celebrate the opening of Light & Solitude: Landscapes of Spirit and Place. Enjoy a Sunday afternoon of mixing, mingling, and meaningful connection as McCarthy’s work invites us to reflect on the power and poetry of “place” - and why it matters so deeply to us all.

Join us in the gallery as we officially launch ‘Companion Animals’ by Elora artist Phil Irish.  Mix, mingle and learn more about the stories behind the work.

A new coffee bar pop-up is arriving at the Elora Centre for the Arts - and we'd love to have you join us for the launch weekend!  The concept brings coffee and culture together in the heart of the gallery and atrium within the new spaces at the Arts Centre. In partnership with Mr. Macaw Coffee, this welcoming addition offers visitors the perfect opportunity to grab a drink on the go or slow down and savour the experience - whether exploring the gallery or relaxing in the outdoor spaces surrounding the Arts Centre.

Let's gather in the gallery, surrounded by the art of Phil Irish's exhibition 'Companion Animals' and be inspired and connected through his story and sharing of his creative practice.  

Phil Irish’s illustrated lecture mixes travelogue, creative insight, and ecological understanding. Join him on the tall ship Antigua, traveling with an international roster of artists. Glimpse the creative processes - from sketchbooking, research, experimentation and creation – that reveal how Irish chases his creative intuitions.

The Schoolhouse Arts Collective (SHAC) will be showcasing original, small-scale artwork by 12 of their artists throughout the weekend.  Stop by to find one-of-a-kind pieces and meet the artists at their 'Tiny Art Show & Sale' event. 

An engaging evening featuring 3 experienced Plein Air artists, who will share stories from the field, highlighting their successes, adventures, and the insights shaped by a life of painting outdoors!

Presented by the Elora Plein Air Festival, in the atrium at the Elora Centre for the Arts.  Everyone is welcome!

This one-day Show & Sale brings together artwork created en plein air over the previous four inspiring days  each piece capturing a moment, a mood, and the beauty of painting outdoors in real time. The gallery will be buzzing with energy as walls fill with newly finished work, ready to be discovered by YOU!

Everyone in our community is invited to help us officially celebrate our Grand Opening!  Drop in and explore our beautiful new spaces, enjoy cake and lemonade, and take part in special giveaways for the first 200 visitors. Discover our stunning new atrium, donor walls, and a freshly installed ‘ReWild’ exhibition in the gallery.

Be sure to stroll the outdoor pathways, where you can experience art installations, relax on benches, and take in the beauty of the spring season.

Welcome to the Open Sky Live Summer Concert Series! Throughout the summer, enjoy seven free live music performances on the MacDonald Pavilion Stage at the Elora Centre for the Arts, taking place on select Thursday evenings between June 11 - September 3rd from 6–9 PM.
