Annual General Meeting: January,2026 (2024-25)
An informal Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting took place on Monday January 19th from 7- 9 PM in the Atrium. More info can be found here.
Everyone is welcome to attend (you don’t have to be a member)! A reminder that your membership needs to be current in order to vote. Membership information can be found here.
If you can’t attend the meeting, you’re welcome to assign another member to vote on your behalf. Simply download the Proxy Voting Form below and email it to director@ecfta.ca by January 17, 2026.
