Theme: Self-Care for Body and Soul: Facial & Massage Techniques, Inner Beauty Encouragement and Hands-On Art Project
Part 1 in the gallery – With Skin Experts from Impower Wellness! In today’s fast-paced world, women often put the needs of others before their own, leaving little time for self-care. Our wellness program is designed to offer a moment of pause, allowing you to reset, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. This experience combines the power of self-care rituals with medical-grade products to help you look and feel your best—inside and out.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a warm, soothing cup of tea infused with vitamin C and collagen—ingredients known for their skin-enhancing properties. This delicious, hydrating beverage not only warms you from the inside but also helps promote a radiant glow that starts from within.
We’ll then guide you through a tranquil facial experience that incorporates high-quality skincare products. Using warm towels scented with essential oils, we’ll help you unwind while treating your skin to a luxurious at-home facial. This simple yet effective routine will leave your skin glowing with immediate results and long-lasting benefits.
To extend the glow beyond your visit, you’ll receive a home self-care kit tailored to continue the nurturing process. It’s our way of ensuring that your rejuvenation journey doesn’t end when you leave, but continues as you care for your skin and soul from the comfort of your own home.
This program is a celebration of self-love—a reminder that taking the time to pause, care for yourself, and embrace the power of wellness will leave you feeling revitalized, radiant, and ready to take on the world.
Bring a yoga matt and blanket if you have one!
Part 2 in the classroom – Pyrography on Wood project led by artist Heather Martin, this hands-on workshop will delve into the meaningful themes of inner beauty, building on the session early in the gallery. Heather will guide you through the unique technique of wood burning, using this intricate and meditative craft to create personalized pieces that are unique to you. You’ll learn to work with various materials, transforming them into heartfelt works of art, while embracing the peaceful rhythm of the wood-burning process. All materials provided.
Thank you to support from Elora Fergus Tourism and RT04 for this Winter Wellness initiative.

A bit about Lisa

After 15 years working in the public healthcare system as a Nurse Practitioner and administrator, it was time for a change. Fed up with watching people struggle to access necessary care and wishing for more time to spend with her four children, Lisa was burned out and ready to use her medical expertise to help people in a whole new way.
She leaned into her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others to fill a gap in the beauty and wellness market: a space where science and medicine lead the way, surrounded by an uplifting community of kindness and positivity. IMpower Wellness was born! For more information about Lisa, please visit her website here.
