FUSED GLASS WALL HANGING WITH STEPH HOWE
Join glass with artist Steph Howe and explore the magic of layering colour, texture, and light to create your own kiln‑fired glass wall hanging. Steph will guide you through essential fused‑glass techniques.
Designed as a relaxed and inspiring creative session, this workshop is perfect for beginners as well as returning students looking to expand their skills. With step‑by‑step instruction, you’ll gain confidence, experiment with new techniques, and craft a unique glass artwork ready to display!
From selecting and cutting glass to shaping, layering, and composing your design, students will work with a beautiful range of transparent and opaque glass, and decorative elements, learning how different materials interact in the kiln to create depth and glowing colour.
Choose from one of Steph’s original design templates, or bring your own idea to translate into fused glass!
No experience necessary.
Fused glass is a labor-intensive process to prepare, with a higher material cost.
Please note, there is a $30 kit fee payable to the instructor in cash or transfer at the start of class.
All tools and materials will be provided in the kit fee.

For more than a decade, Steph Howe has been crafting and teaching the art of mosaic stained glass, transforming delicate fragments into vibrant works of color and light. Her creativity stretches across many mediums—painting, crochet, fused glass, and resin art—each one offering a new way to explore texture, pattern, and play.
As both an artist and an educator, Steph finds joy in sharing her knowledge and techniques, inspiring others to experiment boldly and discover their own creative voice.
