This multi‑medium adventure invites creators to work with acrylic paint, cardboard rolls, air‑dry clay, and canvas base to bring your dragon’s realm to life. Along the way, discover new techniques, experiment with texture and form, and explore the magic of world‑building through art.
Guided step‑by‑step by artist Phoenix Burton, with helpful tips, tricks, and stencils, participants of all skill levels can confidently craft a scene that sparks imagination and tells a story all your own. Dragon Fire Castle is a place where creativity rules and every artist becomes the hero!

Meet Phoenix!
Phoenix Burton is a graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Psychology program with a background in Child and Youth Services, and a general love for learning new things! Phoenix considers herself a life-long artist, and her love of learning means she has experience in many mediums, ranging from clay to cross-stitch. Phoenix has a particular passion for illustration, and you can often find her outside with her sketchbook. Additionally, Phoenix is drawn not just to nature, but to all the fantastical creatures nature has inspired in our collective imagination (with a soft-spot for dragons and fairies specifically).
