Urban Paddling and Snow Sculpting – speaker & presenter:    Matt Morris

Matt Morris is a community snow sculptor and small boat designer/builder based in Waterloo Ontario. He is driven to develop new ways to have fun in the outdoors and finds joy in sharing what he learns.   His boat explorations have involved designing and building three boats. His first was the world’s first three part, nesting, skin on frame row boat. And his latest canoe weighs just over 11 pounds. 

Everyone is welcome – bring a friend!  All presentations start at 7:30 p.m. with doors opening at 7:00 p.m., so please come early to ensure a prompt start. 

Admission is by donation at the door, with a suggested amount of $5 per person.

This event will take place in the atrium at the Elora Centre For The Arts,  75 Melville Street, Elora.   Parking is available on street or in the Arts Centre parking lot off Chalmers Street.
