Join Andrea Lines for morning of art exploration and creativity! During the class young makers will take a journey using color and movement to create art pieces as unique as they are!
Andrea will teach artists how to use visualization to calm the mind and how art and breath can be used for fun and relaxation.

About Andrea:

I have worked in the mindfulness, holistic healing and mental health field for over 25 years and during this time developed, designed and led creative exploration classes, personal development programs and motivational talks worldwide.
My absolute passion is mental well-being and I have been deeply honoured to support loved ones and clients through loss, addiction, crisis and other mental health challenges.
Being a parent of four has also led me to support parents and youth in developing an understanding of their own mental well-being and creating custom strategies for change.
I currently work in both Canada and the UK, and this has brought a profound recognition of how we all approach our well-being irrespective of location.
I have seen first-hand what supported and unsupported mental health can look and feel like. These moments in life can feel lonely and daunting. I offer a caring and safe space to help clients find steps to a healthier, peaceful and more fulfilled life.
