Calling all artists! Looking for fresh inspiration, motivation, and expert guidance? Join us for a FREE Art Clinic with renowned Canadian artist Barry McCarthy! Bring your work-in-progress and materials and spend the afternoon painting in our new light-filled Atrium space. Barry will offer one-on-one insights, technique suggestions, and encouragement to help you move forward, refine your approach, or finally finish that painting you’ve been working on.
During this 3-hour session, artists are artists are invited to stroll through the gallery and enjoy Barry’s exhibition, LIGHT & SOLITUDE. A perfect way to pause and gather a little extra inspiration.
Come with questions, curiosity, and a readiness to create!

“It is the act of painting that allows me to live in harmony with myself, my work and my world,” says renowned Canadian artist Barry McCarthy. Born in Deep River, Ontario in 1951, McCarthy grew up experiencing the vast shores of Lake Superior and the dense woods of the far north. McCarthy’s deep connection with the landscape of his youth continues to inform his work.
