Explore the art of oil painting with artist Rick Worthington in these beginner friendly workshops celebrating Elora at Night & Day!
In this workshop, create your own Elora NIGHT street scene. Rick will share techniques on composition, contrast, and depth, guiding you through the development of a precise value plan. Using a limited palette of warm and cool primary paints, participants will develop colour-mixing skills for paintings with depth and contrast.

Meet Rick!
Rick Worthington, an accomplished full-time impressionist painter based in the charming village of Elora, Ontario. Rick secured his position as a notable artist by winning first place in the “Modern Impressionist Magazine” October/November salon of 2023. His vibrant oil paintings, depicting lively street scenes and cozy cafes, are highly sought after, masterfully capturing the interplay of light and shadow to create a captivating atmosphere.

Cancellations up to 14 days prior to start date will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. No refund of fees will apply to cancellations within 14 days of start date. Fees may be applied/credited to an alternate workshop depending on availability.

In the event of insufficient registrations ECFTA reserves the right to cancel workshops. You would be eligible for a full refund of fees, or credit for a future workshop, pending availability.
