DESCRIPTION:History and Traditional Ways of Living on the Land \na presentation by\nLeo Stands Alone Strong Atlookan\nof Eabametoong First Nation \nJoin Dalton Associates and the Township of Centre Wellington for a special evening of remembrance\, reflection\, action\, and learning in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. We are honoured to host Leo Stands Alone Strong Atlookan of Eabametoong First Nation\, alongside his brother\, Elmer Atlookan.  \nJoin us at at the Elora Centre for the Arts on September 30\, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.  \nThis event is FREE\, but registration is required because space is limited: www.centrewellington.ca/NDTR \n \nTogether\, this talented duo will offer:  \nCultural Teachings & Stories: Personal reflections on history & traditional ways of living on the land.\nMusic & Dance: Artistry featuring flute & hand drumming.\nTraditional Regalia: A visual display & explanation of sacred cultural attire.  \nStay after the presentation for an exclusive meet-and-greet with Leo and Elmer.
