DESCRIPTION:We welcome SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS for Grades K-12! \nMorning or afternoon sessions designed to inspire creativity and connect learning with the arts. Experience the power of Art in our art classroom and newly expanded Gallery + Atrium at the Elora Centre for the Arts. \n \nAt the Elora Centre for the Arts\, we offer a balance of discussion\, exploration\, and hands-on art-making that supports learning and sparks imagination. Programs are tailored to complement the current exhibition themes in our gallery. Students will encounter fresh ideas and artwork throughout the school year\, September to June. \n  \n\n\n2–2.5 hour sessions\nAn interactive learning experience led by an ECFTA Artist-Educator\nVisit the current exhibition in our main gallery and learn something new about the creative process.\nCreate a hands-on art project in our art classroom\, connecting students to learning and the exhibition\nWe can accommodate up to 2 rotating classes per visit (dependent on class size)\n$10 per student\n\n  \nBook your school visit today and give your students the gift of creativity\, discovery and inspiration at the Art Centre! \n\n  \nFor more information or to book\, please contact Judy

DESCRIPTION:2-DAY CAMP FOR AGES 5-12 \nCelebrate O-Canada and jump into July with a 2-day camp where creativity meets the first rays of summer! \nThis camp invites young artists to explore Canada-inspired craft and forest-themed art. Perfect for kicking off the summer break with imagination\, friendship\, and a splash of red and white! \n \n\nOur Summer Camps are designed to inspire 38 young artists each week! \nLed by ECFTA Arts Educators and 7 summer student staff\, camp will take place in our cheery Art Classroom and sunny Sparrow’s Nest Maker Space. \nCamps are a balance of guided-art instruction\, open-flow exploration\, and outdoor fresh air play! \n\nCome prepared for a great 2 days! \n\nA mid-morning snack and lunch\nA nut-free afternoon snack will be offered to keep the energy going\nRefillable water bottle\nA spare set of clothes is encouraged for water play on hot days\nDress for the weather and for art-making!\n\nPlease contact us with any questions or concerns.
