DESCRIPTION:STORYTELLING WORKSHOP IN THE GALLERY \nMAX. 40 people \nALL AGES \n$35 + HST \nDespite what you may have heard\, it is actually stories that make the world go round! \nWe’ve been telling stories for as long as we’ve been doing anything. in fact\, you could say Storytelling is what makes us human. Whether it is by a bedside\, around a table\, behind a lectern or from a stage\, it’s what we do\, it’s who we are\, it’s all we are. The stories we tell become our stories\, and our stories become the currency with which we connect\, commune and collaborate. \n \nJoin Storyteller Brad Woods for a workshop that is equal parts lecture\, conversation\, and performance. \nCome prepared to discover and discuss the power\, the beauty and the art of a story well told. But mostly\, just come to hear some really good stories! \nFirst come seating.  Complimentary tea and a bagged snack will be available. \nCovid-19 safety protocols are in effect. \nWe encourage guests to consider remaining masked while attending the talk\, however this is optional. \nIf the workshop is cancelled for any reason due to Public Health concerns\, refunds will be given in full.  Please contact us for more information. \n\nAbout Brad Woods \n \nBrad Woods has told stories at festivals\, theatres\, conferences\, prisons\, churches and pubs all over North America and the UK. He tells traditional tales\, literary classics and personal stories. His stories have been featured in a variety of broadcasts and publications including CBC Radio 1\, the Globe and Mail and Canadian Running Magazine. Brad has told to all ages and in every type of venue imaginable.
