SUMMARY:LIFE DRAWING IN THE ATRIUM.  SEPTEMBER-JUNE
DESCRIPTION:SEPTEMBER – JUNE. \nEVERY 1ST + 3RD TUESDAY \n3-HOUR SELF-GUIDED SESSIONS WITH LIVE MODEL \nJoin us\,  the first and third Tuesday of each month for self-directed life drawing centered on creative flow\, shared space\, and working from the human form. This is a welcoming evening designed to support both personal practice and community connection. Come draw\, paint and reconnect with your practice alongside fellow artists! \n \n\nDraw from a professional nude model through a series of varying timed poses\, moving between quick\, energetic gestures and longer\, more contemplative holds.  \nThere is no formal instruction. Artists are free to work independently\, follow their own practice\, and use the materials and approach that suit them best. The atmosphere is respectful\, calm\, and centered on observation and creative focus. \nClasses will take place in the Atrium. Blinds will be lowered during all sessions to ensure privacy. \nEach session will be facilitated by an ECFTA staff member.  \nFor more information\, please contact us. \n\nArtists are asked to bring their own materials; \n\nBackboard and easel\nClips\nNewsprint\nDrawing or painting materials\nEasels and tables will be available as needed. \nWhen completing the registration form\, please specify in NOTES to request a table\, easel\, or drawing bench.\n\n

In this hands‑on workshop\, you’ll explore the art of mosaic stained glass –from selecting vibrant glass sheets to cutting\, shaping\, and arranging each piece into a luminous design. \n \nSteph will introduce you to essential techniques such as scoring\, snapping and shaping\, working with a beautiful range of coloured and textured glass\, adhesives\, and grout to create a finished piece that glows from within. \nThis workshop is designed to be a relaxed\, inspiring afternoon—perfect for beginners and for returning students looking to deepen their skills. With step‑by‑step guidance\, you’ll gain confidence\, learn new techniques\, and leave with a completed framed mosaic that reflects your personal style. Choose from one of Steph’s original patterns\, or—if you’ve taken her class before—bring your own image or design idea to translate into glass. \nCome curious and go home with a one‑of‑a‑kind creation! \nNo experience necessary.  All materials included.
