DESCRIPTION:We welcome SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS for Grades K-12! \nMorning or afternoon sessions designed to inspire creativity and connect learning with the arts. Experience the power of Art in our art classroom and newly expanded Gallery + Atrium at the Elora Centre for the Arts. \n \nAt the Elora Centre for the Arts\, we offer a balance of discussion\, exploration\, and hands-on art-making that supports learning and sparks imagination. Programs are tailored to complement the current exhibition themes in our gallery. Students will encounter fresh ideas and artwork throughout the school year\, September to June. \n  \n\n\n2–2.5 hour sessions\nAn interactive learning experience led by an ECFTA Artist-Educator\nVisit the current exhibition in our main gallery and learn something new about the creative process.\nCreate a hands-on art project in our art classroom\, connecting students to learning and the exhibition\nWe can accommodate up to 2 rotating classes per visit (dependent on class size)\n$10 per student\n\n  \nBook your school visit today and give your students the gift of creativity\, discovery and inspiration at the Art Centre! \n\n  \nFor more information or to book\, please contact Judy

DESCRIPTION:Our Bursary Program is now CLOSED.  \nWe are  grateful for the opportunity to support families in our community\,. \nAll 2025–2026 funds have been awarded to deserving recipients. \nBursaries are designed to reduce financial barriers to families and assist with fees for workshops\, classes\, and camps to ensure that art participation remain accessible to our community\, regardless of income. \n \n\nBursaries will be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis\, with priority for first-time applicants-no proof of income is required. \nEach bursary covers up to 50–100% of program costs\, depending on available funding.\nPriority will be given to providing support to as many families as possible in our community.\nThere is a $375 annual limit per child.\nTo apply\, please fill out the FORM below.\nPending approval\, allow for 7 days of submitting your application.\n\n\nFor more information about this program please contact us \n2025–26 BURSARIES FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH are made possible through the generous sponsorship of SKYLINE.

DESCRIPTION:You are warmly invited to join us in the gallery for a special summer opening reception celebrating ‘Interconnected’\, a new exhibition by Peterborough artist Stan Olthuis. Meet Stan in person as we officially welcome him to our space and explore the ideas behind his work. \n \n‘Interconnected’ is a thoughtful exploration of roots\, resilience\, and intergenerational exchange. Inspired by sacred geometry and ancient symbols formed by intersecting circles\, the exhibition reflects on how seemingly opposing forces can come together to create something entirely new. This powerful form\, found across cultures and civilizations\, speaks to the emergence of connection\, where relationship\, rather than division\, gives rise to new possibilities. \nThrough these works\, visitors are invited to reflect on the ways our lives\, communities\, and natural systems are deeply intertwined\, continually shaped by exchange\, connection\, and shared experience. \nCome gather with us in the gallery to connect\, exchange ideas\, and celebrate creativity in a welcoming atmosphere.
