DESCRIPTION:Romeo & Juliet will be performed on the pavilion stage in the yard this summer –  with evening and daytime performances from  Friday July 17 – Sunday July 26\, 2025\, presented by The Elora Community Theatre.  Scroll down to view dates\, times and purchase your tickets now!  Adult and youth tickets available. \n \nAbout Romeo & Juliet \nWilliam Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet is a tragic tale of two star-crossed young teenagers from Verona whose passionate love for each other defies the long-standing blood feud between their families\, the Montagues and the Capulets. Their quick\, secret marriage leads to a series of misunderstandings and untimely deaths\, culminating in a tragic double suicide that finally compels the families to reconcile. \nApproximate running time (including intermission) 90 minutes. Recommended for ages 12+ \nTicket Information: \nAdult tickets: $25 ($22.12 + HST) \nYouth 12 and under: $15 (no tax) \nEvening Performances: begin at 7:30PM (arrive a bit earlier to set up your chair!) \nMatinee Performances: begin at 2PM (arrive a bit earlier to set up your chair!) \nTickets can be purchased in advance until 9PM the day before the performance: visa or mastercard only (no debit). DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of Contemporary Folk\, followed by Singer-Songwriter live music on the MacDonald Pavilion Stage at the Elora Centre for the Arts\, featuring Janice Jo Lee and James N. Wilson (scroll down for bios).   This concert is part of a free summer-long concert series happening at the Elora Centre for the Arts on select Thursday nights from 6-9PM.   \n \nThe ‘Open Sky’ live music series is presented in partnership with our friends at Tribute Homes\, Sorbara Group of Companies and Storybrook Homes. \nFirst set:  Janice Jo Lee (6 – 7:15PM)  |  Second set: James N.
