Your donation can change lives — by breaking down barriers to participation in the arts and further strengthening Centre Wellington as a vibrant arts community.

As a not-for-profit charitable organization, our mission is to ignite creativity, foster connection and build community through the arts.

To fulfill this mission, we rely on the generous support of sponsors and donors just like you.

That’s what truly makes us an Arts Centre by and for the community, and we simply couldn’t do what we do without your help!

If you’d like to learn more about the Arts Centre and view our financial statements, we encourage you to check out our latest Annual Report

All donations are fully tax-deductible. Our charitable registration number is 86123 1314 RR0001.

Ways to Give

MAKE A ONE-TIME DONATION

Giving online is quick and easy!

You can direct your gift to supporting our new capital expansion project, or direct it toward our programming and operations, including our community outreach initiatives.

Every dollar makes a difference! For example:

  • A gift of $20 allows a Centre Wellington elementary or high-school student with a (dis)ability to participate in one of our Community Connections Through Art sessions, which use art projects as a conduit for connection, personal well-being, belonging and mental health support. (A gift of $350 will fund an entire class.)
  • A gift of $30 allows a teen in recovery to participate in a session of our Youth Addiction & Recovery Program, which connects youth in recovery with local artists for weekly classes that encourage self-expression through creativity and the arts. (A gift of $600 will fund an entire class.)
  • A gift of $50 allows an adult with a (dis)ability and their caregiver to participate in a session of our Supportive Arts Program, a unique initiative that embraces diversity and friendship for adults of varying abilities through explorations in art making, movement, mindfulness and music. (A gift of $650 will fund an entire class.)

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE:

  • Send us an e-transfer by using the form at the bottom of this page
  • Visit us in person or call us at (519) 846-9698 to donate by VisaMastercard or cheque.

⭐ BECOME A MONTHLY DONOR

One of the most meaningful ways you can support the Arts Centre is by becoming a monthly donor.

By joining our monthly donor community, you’ll help us commit long-term to our community and to our outreach program participants, including people with (dis)abilities, tweens, low-income families, and teens recovering from addiction.

Through the generosity of supporters like you, we can keep these programs going and harness the power of art to help make our community a more vibrant place to live, work and play.

You also have the option of directing your monthly gift to our new capital expansion project, and help make our expansion vision a reality!

⭐ ORGANIZE A FUNDRAISER

Bake sales, bonspiels, backyard Waddies — whatever you love to do, why not gather some friends and neighbours and do it for a cause?

Every amount raised helps — contact Mary-Kay Goindi to let us know what you have in mind and we’ll do our best to help you spread the word! (And know that it’s HUGELY appreciated!!)

⭐PUT YOUR NAME ON SOMETHING THAT LASTS!

Leave a lasting legacy by naming an aspect or area of our new addition

We have a number of opportunities to have a featured aspect or area of the expansion named in recognition of individual donors, companies, or in honour of friends and family. Your gift can be made as a one-time donation or given in installments from now until 2027.

Opportunities start at $500. Contact Molly Kleiker for full details.

⭐ BE A COMMUNITY PLACEMAKER – PUT YOUR NAME ON OUR “School of Fish” SCULPTURE

Designed by local metal artist Mike Hintermeister, the School of Fish is a community art installation that will be on permanent display in the Arts Centre yard.

It will feature 75 individually sculpted fish — and the names of the 75 community members whose generous contributions helped to make our expansion possible.

Download the brochure or contact Molly Kleiker for full details!

⭐ BE A SPONSOR, ASK ABOUT MAJOR GIFTS AND LEGACY GIVING

These gifts can positively impact our community for years to come. For more information, contact Molly Kleiker.
