Jazz In The Yard Goes Cajun!

Local chefs Roger Dufau and Alex Sgroi cook great Louisiana cuisine on an Argentine open pit barbecue.  Chicken, saugages, beef, jambalaya, the best of local produce and yummy vegetarian alternatives.

The great Cajun Toronto band, Swamperella, with Dancing Thread who'll give us Cajun dancing lessons.  Also appearing -- great local talent: the Ernie Kalwa Quartet, the Mike Pratt Group, and Mandala.

Saturday, August 23 from 4:00 - 11:00pm in the outdoor "schoolyard" here at the Elora Centre for the Arts, 75 Melville St., Elora.

Tickets: $30 advance, $35 at the gate (kids 12 and under $5).  Everything included, just bring your lawn chair.

Cash bar.  Free Parking.  Rain or Shine.
